La Caso d’Elva è un albergo diffuso completamente immerso nella montagna, situato ad Elva a 1637 mt di altitutine. Il processo di restauro di un’intera borgata durato 30 anni ha come intento il rispetto della natura circostante e la valorizzazione delle tradizioni locali. Il progetto include la taùla de m’aura, un’Osteria che propone presìdi Slow food e prodotti del territorio.

La Caso d’Elva is an ‘albergo diffuso’ completely immersed in the mountains, located in Elva at an altitude of 1,637 metres. The restoration of an entire hamlet, a process spanning 30 years, was driven by a deep respect for the surrounding nature and a commitment to showcasing local traditions. The project includes ‘la taùla de m’aura’, an Osteria serving Slow Food Presidia and local produce.
